At Madeira Aquarium in Porto Moniz, you learn basic scuba skills, enter the Cachalote natural pools, and spend time in a 6-meter tank with sharks, rays, and morays. Equipment is provided, and instructors Abílio, Manuel, or Michael guide beginners closely.

Join instructor Abílio Sousa for a three-hour scuba introduction at Madeira Aquarium. You’ll learn in a natural lava pool, tour the aquarium and its technical zone, then enter the main tank with sharks, rays, mantas, and other fish. Groups are limited to four.

Meet your English-speaking instructor at The Lost Chambers Aquarium, learn the basics, then swim through Atlantis-themed ruins beside rays, reef sharks, and shoals of fish. Choose Discovery for non-certified participants or Explorer for certified divers. Equipment, wetsuit, towel, and safety support are included.

At Palma Aquarium, an instructor prepares you for a 30-minute underwater session in the Big Blue tank, home to 11 large sharks, rays, and hundreds of fish. You can reach 8.5 meters with a license or 4 meters without one. Guides speak English, Spanish, and German.

You’ll spend a full day aboard a boat from Kemer Marina, learning basic scuba skills before two guided underwater sessions at Aquarium and Kiris Bays. English, German, Russian, and Turkish instructors lead the activity, with lunch included and hotel pickup available for an added convenience.
